Terms of Sale

Pricing and orders

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Product pages marked “From” show the starting price for the stated wheel package. Any upgrade, special finish, size, width, offset, freight or other variation that changes the price must be agreed before the relevant order proceeds.

Fitment approval

Customers must provide accurate vehicle and fitment information. Unique Wheels may contact you to confirm sizing, PCD, width, offset, brake clearance, finish and other specifications before custom production begins. AI or visualiser images are styling guides only and are not engineering fitment approval.

Payment

Available payment methods may include PayPal, Afterpay and direct bank transfer. PayPal and Afterpay transactions are also subject to the customer's agreement with the relevant provider and any provider eligibility or transaction limits.

Custom production

Once a custom specification is approved and production has commenced, changes may not be possible and change-of-mind cancellation may not be available. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery and risk

Delivery arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy. Ownership and risk are governed by applicable law and the agreed delivery arrangement.

Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those statutory rights.
