Information we collect

Unique Wheels collects information you provide when you make an enquiry, upload an image, request fitment advice or place an order. This may include your name, contact details, vehicle details, delivery address, order information and correspondence.

Payments

Payment credentials are processed by the payment provider you choose. Unique Wheels does not intentionally store your complete PayPal, Afterpay or card credentials. We retain order and transaction references needed to fulfil orders, reconcile payments, handle refunds and meet legal obligations.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide fitment advice, process and deliver orders, prevent fraud, provide customer service and comply with Australian law. Information may be disclosed to service providers where reasonably necessary to complete these functions, including payment processors and freight providers.

Car Photo Recommendation Requests

If you send us a vehicle photo for a wheel recommendation or AI concept rendering, the photo and accompanying vehicle/contact details are stored securely so our team can review your request and prepare the requested recommendation or rendering.

AI Wheel Visualiser

Images uploaded to the AI wheel visualiser may be transmitted to the configured AI service for the purpose of generating the requested preview. Do not upload images containing information you do not want processed for this purpose.
