Unique Wheels ships throughout Australia and worldwide.

The applicable shipping charge is added automatically in the cart based on the delivery country, so customers can see the full order total before payment.

International Orders

International customers are welcome. Import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees or other destination-country charges imposed after dispatch are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Collection

Where collection is selected, Unique Wheels will contact you to arrange collection once the order is ready.

Production and Dispatch

Unique Wheels are manufactured to your confirmed specifications. Production and shipping typically take up to 6 weeks from the date your final design is approved and the remaining balance has been paid.

The 6-week timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to manufacturing requirements, custom specifications, freight availability, carrier schedules, destination, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will keep you updated throughout the manufacturing process and provide tracking or freight details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect packages promptly on delivery and notify us of visible transit damage as soon as reasonably possible, including photographs of the packaging and product.
